By placing a bet on Golden Panda, you agree to the following Sports Terms in full. These terms govern all sports betting activity on the platform, including pre-match bets, live betting, accumulator bets, and the Event Builder feature.
Key Definitions
- Bet – a monetary stake placed on a specific sporting event outcome.
- Odds – a numeric value representing the payout multiplier for a winning bet.
- Accumulator – a single bet combining multiple selections where all must win for a return.
- Live Bet – a bet placed on an event already in progress.
- Cash Out – the option to settle a bet before the event concludes at a revised value.
- Void Bet – a cancelled bet with the stake returned, typically due to event cancellation.
- Regular Time – standard event duration excluding overtime and penalty shootouts.
- Event Builder – a feature allowing combination of 2–8 markets from the same match.
Eligibility
To place bets, you must meet the following conditions:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a fully registered and verified account.
- Be located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is permitted by law.
- Have sufficient real money or bonus funds in your account balance.
Placing Bets
All bets are subject to the following rules:
- Bets are confirmed only once accepted by the system and a bet ID is issued.
- Minimum bet: £0.10 across all sports and bet types.
- Maximum stake limits vary by sport and market – displayed at the time of placement.
- Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at Golden Panda’s discretion.
- In the event of a technical failure, only confirmed bets with a valid bet ID are binding.
Live Betting
The following conditions apply to all in-play bets:
- Live odds update in real time and may change between selection and confirmation.
- Golden Panda operates 200+ simultaneous live events across all supported sports.
- Minimum live bet: £0.10.
- We reserve the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.
- Live accumulators are permitted on selected events and markets.
Accumulator Boost
- Minimum selections: 3 legs.
- Minimum odds per selection: 1.5.
- Boost: up to 40% added to total winnings.
- All selections must be settled as winners for the boost to apply.
- Void or pushed legs reduce the applicable boost tier.
- Only one boost applies per accumulator.
Event Builder
- Minimum markets per build: 2, maximum: 8.
- All markets must be from the same match or event.
- Available sports: football, tennis, basketball, and selected eSports.
- Minimum stake: £0.10 per Event Builder bet.
- If one or more markets are suspended after placement, the bet may be voided in full.
Bet Settlement
All bets are settled according to the following rules:
- Results are based on official sources from the relevant governing body.
- Bets are settled on Regular Time only unless the market specifies otherwise.
- Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event.
- Our decision on all settlement matters is final.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using insider information or match-fixing arrangements.
- Using automated software or bots to place bets.
- Exploiting odds errors or system glitches in bad faith.
- Opening multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits.
Violations result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities.
